According to the Weihai Municipal Bureau of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, the city recently conducted a mid-year adjustment of its key urban construction projects for 2025, increasing the total number from 151 to 157. Designed by Tongji University Design Institute, the project leverages the site's natural elevation and the scenic backdrop of mountains and sea, integrating the main structures into the slope to create a seamless transition between mountain, rock, and ocean.
